Advising Asirom S.A., one of the largest Romanian insurance companies, in connection with an extensive review of corporate issues, reviewing shares sale proceeds by private placement, reviewing various corporate issues, including without limitation the shareholding structure, and advising on various available options.
Advising AON, the leading risk management and insurance brokerage firm, in relation to the acquisition of KaRo Servicii de Asigurari, the leading insurance broker in Romania.
Assisting Omniasig S.A. an important Romanian insurance and re-insurance company, in connection with day-to-day insurance issues, including all commercial and corporate matters.
Assisting TBI Holding with respect to the acquisition of Viitorul S.A., a local insurance company, and advising on a wide range of legal aspects in connection with the contemplated acquisition, as well as on the legal possibility for Viitorul S.A. to act as a pension fund.
