Conversion Options for SHIP Members
If you are a SHIP member and you leave UC Davis, you may be eligible for a Blue Cross conversion plan. Conversion coverage provides lesser benefits than SHIP and costs more. It is an option that members usually consider if their medical history or an existing medical condition precludes other health insurance options.

You may obtain a conversion packet by visiting Insurance Services at Student Health Services or by calling 530.752.6055. The conversion packet contains cost and benefit information and an enrollment form.
